The Riverview Sports Wall of Fame honours the outstanding achievements and contributions to the Riverview sports and recreation community. A ceremony to commemorate new inductees is held at least once every three years. The next induction will take place in Spring 2025 as a part of the Recognizing Riverview Awards Ceremony.
Inductees can be:
- Athletes or teams who have achieved an outstanding or prominent level in their sport.
- Builders (coaches, managers, athletic staff or administration) who have achieved an outstanding/prominent level in their sport and contributed to sporting excellence.
How to Nominate
Nominations for the Riverview Sports Wall of Fame are accepted at any time. The deadline to be considered for the annual spring induction ceremony is October 15.
Nominations can be submitted online or printed and mailed to, or dropped off at Town Hall.
Committee
The Sports Wall of Fame Committee meets annually to review all nominations and select future inductees.
