Parking Ticket Dispute Form

You may request a ticket review if you feel your ticket was issued in error. Review for by-law tickets must be requested by filling the dispute form within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the ticket. The form will be reviewed by a member of our By-Law Enforcement team, who will determine if the ticket is eligible to be waived, and will get back to you within 7 business days.

Note: The new winter parking program allows residents to park on the street only when there is no parking ban in effect. Parking bans can be in effect for weather events, usually for snow removal operations such as salting or clearing before and after a weather event. Residents should always verify if there is a parking ban in effect by visiting the riverviewalerts.ca dashboard before parking on the street.
