Aging Well Together Seminar
Back by popular demand this fall is the Aging Well Together Seminar! Enhance your understanding of aging well this fall with the help of local non-profit, volunteer-based and/or grassroots organizations. This year, three speakers and twenty booth hosts have been selected based on what information and opportunities they provide for marginalized and/or isolated seniors.
Older Adults, Adult children and caregivers are invited to attend, and no registration required.

- 12:30 p.m. - Doors open to the public
- 1:00 p.m. - Land Acknowledgement and Speaker Introduction
- 1:10-1:40 p.m. - Speaker: Jim Merzetti and Marie Claire Pierce with the Codiac Woodworker Guild
- 1:40-1:55 p.m. - Booth browse and coffee or tea break
- 1:55-2:00 p.m. - Speaker Introduction
- 2-2:45 p.m. - Speaker: Susan Lorette, Fitness Instructor for Older Adults
- 2:45-3:00 - Booth browse and coffee or tea break
- 3-3:40 p.m. - Speaker: Constable Kathleen Samamé-Quintana
- 3:40-4 p.m. - Attendees mingle amongst themselves and review booth hosts
